Ask yourself the following
Following the right diet for you? Hint it’s not paleo
Doing too much cardio? Hit the weights room amigo
Doing too lil cardio? Hit the track and sled mate
Got your macros wrong? Too many carbs or too lil
Are you being patient enough? But I want it in 21 days or less!
Could you be training more often? Missing Monday’s and skipping Fridays
Treating yourself too often? Taco Tuesday and McDonalds euro saver menu just can’t be ignored
See if you’re guilty of even half of these then that gut is just not gonna disappear overnight
But even if you just improved one of these then you’d see better longterm results
Diet and training have to be smart. You just don’t throw shit against the wall and hope it sticks
Plan, prep, be honest and you’ll see longterm great results
