Should you just QUIT dieting?
Fed up, dreaming of marshmallows yet your still munching on your carrot stick, convincing yorself that it tastes good
Or that a quest bar tastes just like a mars bar and not a ball of chalk
What a mad world to live in right?
No one likes them coz they usually deny you all your favourites
Alcohol, pizza and ice cream all gone
No wonder you are cracking up
Diets are often way too extreme
Going cold turkey way too quick – trying to cut out everything immediately
Refusing to go out at the weekend whether it’s a meal or a pint
Basically proving too yourself that it’s NEVER going to last
If you are going to change your food intake then aim to do it permanently
Make smarter choices like more meat and veg
Maybe stay away from the vending machine in the office or the muffin that comes with your fancy coffee
But don’t kill off everything
If you train well (to a Results standard) and eat relatively well then you should have no guilt in having a pint with your mates or a fancy dinner with your significant other lover
