One of my mates had liked the image (cheeky) from a popular female page who produce one of the most popular mags in the world

A barrage of comments followed

‘too muscley’, ‘disgusting’, ‘looks like a man’

followed by a couple of bad emojis

Now lets flip it over

Same mag puts a pic of a fat chick in a bikini and I comment that’s disgusting, put Shamu back in the water

I’d be killed (and rightly so)

And she’d be praised for her confidence and that’s she is beautiful and don’t worry about all the haters

See herein lies the problem

Bullying and abuse comes in all shapes and sizes

Just like granny sayin you’re wasting away, have a feckin ham sandwich and a few biscuits

^ and you’ve been working really hard to get in shape

See people see it as acceptable to abuse the bodybuilders, the chicks with muscles and the super active

But the same people will calf if a chubby or curvey chick gets similar abuse

^ pot calling kettle black eh? (what granny would also say)

Everyone is conscious of their body and I genuinely believe people who workout are even more conscious

They look at themselves more and pick out their flaws

They compare to others in classes, gyms and models online

And more than a few become obsessed with it

And that ‘yuck’ comment you posted kills them inside

All their hard work and constant hours in the gym pissed away coz of it

So have a think about it next time you consider abusing someone

No one deserves it
