Best diet ever!
You’re wondering which one is best, are you not?
So I spent my Saturday evening learning from one of the best in the fitness industry – Phil Graham
Dude has a supreme wealth of knowledge and gave some absolute pearls of wisdom
And surprise surprise the absolute majority of what he said was good oul common sense
Especially when it came to the ‘best diet’ section
With common sense you should figure it out easy
The best diet is the diet that you can maintain long term
You know what that means amigo?
That means your 30 days gluten free and juice diets get an almighty kick out the window
Stop restricting yourself to so many foods
Stop suffering and hating every single meal
Be SMART with your food
Find out your calories for your goal and balance your macros from there
Understand that you can have pretty much close to everything in moderation
^ some more than others, some less of course
Denying yourself so many foods is a recipe for disaster
Be realistic and understand having a flat tummy is a long term thing, not a short term once off
ENJOY FOOD!
