Chunky Monkeys!
See I’m just after getting asked to do an email on something that I was already typing up
Eating clean yet still feeling like a chunky monkey
Loads of people eat loads of good stuff but the problem is squire, they eat too much of it
Peeps have a bowl of porridge in the morning but end up adding honey, seeds, nuts, berries, peanut butter, whey and end up making it a 1,000 calorie meal
^ that’s not good for a chick who’s aim is to lose weight
See food can become a lil bit complicated. Usually if you just remove the crap like gluten and sugar. Y’know the good stuff. Then people will automatically consume less calories. They’ll also feel better, less bloated and most likely not kick the bucket 20 years early
BUT..
If you just replace those calories with calorie dense stuff like oils, nuts and seeds then you won’t lose any weight
Sure you’ll feel better, perform better and have more energy for bedroom antics but you’ll still weigh the same on the scales
Sorta shit yeah?
So that’s where a decent trainer will come in and fix it. See when you are on your healthy buzz and your removing some bad things the best thing is to replace them with loads of good things..
That ain’t so calorie dense.
Veg, certain fruits and of course good oul protein.
Like an apple has less calories in it than 2 Brazil nuts. Usually you’d have 1 apple. You’d probably have a bag of Brazils. See the difference?
I’m usually about clean eating for weight loss but calories do matter with certain people. And macronutrients but that’s a whole other email
On that note, our online program – The Waist Shrinker Project – restarts next week. You’ve all seen the stupidly good results and my current group of skinnies are smashing it at the moment.
And of course all keen to stay on and shrink some more with bikini season in full flight.
Linky once more if you fancy on losing that belly that’s been haunting you the last while (stupid cake and wine)
The Waist Shrinker Project
Laters,
Dave
