Disaster pending
Chicken, broccoli, rice, sweet potato, eggs, spinach, quinoa, berries and coconut oil
^ look familiar?
That’s the generic diet of a ‘clean’ eater
Over and over again until the end of time
Or until they breakout and binge for a week solid
Crying, feeling terrible and hating their life
Then they’ll punish themselves with a ‘detox‘ to ‘cleanse‘ themselves
^ a lovely eating disorder evolves
See if you set yourself up to consume just 9 food varieties for the rest of your life
Then it’s obviously not sustainable
Let alone manageable
Coz once you eat something different you’re gonna think it’s ‘bad’ for you and immediately lose focus on your diet
Over the last 3 days I’ve had over 20 different food varieties
Unbelievably that includes cheese, milk, chocolate and pineapple (exotic I know)
I’m all about getting your required macros and calories in
I don’t restrict people’s food choices
If they hit their macros (and fiber intake) then I’m happy
Why?
Coz I’m NORMAL
I believe in a manageable lifestyle
Not one that’s restricted
I also believe in it coz it works as well amigo
Longterm happiness with food means long term success
Less binges, less eating disorders and less hate

Explore your pallet so to speak
Educate yourself on macros and calories (the stuff that really matters)
