How to incinerate body fat
There’s plenty of ways to reduce down body fat. But unlike some social media influencers, we don’t have 2 hours to spend on a treadmill while listening to podcasts
Here’s 3 simple FAST workouts to add at the end of your workout to ramp up your metabolism and say goodbye to those unwanted jiggly bits
- Concept II Rower
400m row – Rest 90 seconds – rinse and repeat 5 times
If you’re a lil more advanced bring it up to 500m or reduce your rest period to between 60-75 seconds
2. Barbell Complexes
Pick up a barbell and do 5 thrusters, 5 back squats, 5 bent over rows, 5 RDL’s and 5 thrusters
Rest 45 seconds and repeat for 5 rounds. If a barbell is too heavy use dumbbells or even a EZ bar. Barbell is too light then add 10kg or even 20kg if you’re feeling generous
3. The Sled
The mecca of fat loss. If you’re gym doesn’t have a track with sleds then leave it and find somewhere else. Push a sled up and down the track for 30 seconds. Rest 30 seconds. Rinse and repeat 5 times. Very simple to make it easier or more difficult. Increase rest period if you can’t handle it. If you want to make hell a little more colourful then add weight to the sled
