It’s bikini season now!
But it’s still pissing rain!
^ Ya I know but the summer is a lot closer than you think
Before you know it there’ll be short shorts and deep plunging v neck tops on display
And that’s just the fellas ^
You’re gonna panic sooner than you think
You’re pale, you’re unwaxed and you’re belly is getting in the way of you painting your nails
^ and again that’s just the fellas
So you’ve to set up a pretty quick action plan to get your once cute buns back into shape
And you’re gonna start brainstorming for the quick fix
Let me solve that brainstormer fairly quick
Avoid your juice detox, skinny teas and any other 3 to 7 day instagram BS
Invest in a reliable, results driven training programme that wants you to look good long term
You need a training plan that prioritises weights, rather than bunny hopping cardio
Lift heavy, not pink dumbbell light
You’ll need something with intensity
And somewhere with an environment that makes you want to train harder and even motivate others
(who’ll motivate you in return)
Now I’m not blatantly promoting us (even tho we are awesome at getting peeps bikini ready with our Fitspo & FitChick plans)
But the absolute key to getting in shape is to have a plan, be motivated and make sure you’re happy doing it
It’s nothing worse than feeling miserable while trying to get in shape
Not looking forward to training while starving and craving for something outside chicken and broccoli
Now that’s the difference with a good quality training plan and a cheap, shitty quick fix plan
