You ever notice that not many guys can do the splits while not many ladies can deadlift 100kg?
^ except our FitChicks of course 😉
See in the average gym it seems guys stick to the weights room and girls stick to the aerobic classes and yoga mats (and creep on each other when they get the chance)
But if both sexes did a lil of each they’d improve their training methods (and image) by 100%
Lads are usually unflexible – therefore not being able to squat as deep or hold a deadlift position – therefore can’t lift properly or get bigger as a result <<< simple science
Ladies are usually very flexible (which everyone appreciates) but think a barbell will turn them into the incredible hulk. However if they decided to pick that bad boy (or bad girl) up they’d get one sexy ass and a flatter tummy <<< the thing they really really want
Our advice?
Pick the things you’re not doing and do them (except steady cardio and especially the treadmill. God I hate them so much)
Lads
– spend more time on the yoga mat (stretching not watching)
– do a little more cardio (short bursts, high intensity)
– eat more greenery (that’s a word isn’t it?)
Ladies
– spend more time in the weights room lifting heavy stuff
– do less cardio (keep it up in the bedroom instead)
– eat more steak (PROTEIN!)
Lil changes, big results!
