I was gonna tell you a story about a toxic client that was ruining our gym

But I’ve just trumped it with a lil story from Saturday night

See I knew my lil V.I.P success story was gonna inspire a lot of people

^ a ton of you applied for our *** V.I.P training *** by the way

But I also knew it was gonna ruffle a few feathers

I was out and about Saturday night with Mr. Captain Morgan (great guy)

And as usual I bumped into around 50 people i knew (typical Galway)

Of course I got a great story told

About a trainer who reads my mails/blogs religiously and gives out about them to her clients every session

Imagine coming for a session and your trainer complains for the hour about what another trainer writes

Shit you’d be looking for money off them by the end of the session

She’s spreading her own negative issues coz she’s unhappy

What’s worse is she doesn’t even realise that all she will ever train is unhappy clients

The one’s who leave will probably come to me and the one’s who stay will turn toxic

Creates a bad atmosphere along with bad results

Then everything comes crashing down

Some people create their own storms and then get mad when it rains

Life is too short for all that

You come to the gym to destress, not increase it

The old me would name the trainer, bitch about her and attempt to piss her off no end

But what does that achieve?

Nada

Zilch

Except stress and negative shit that I literally don’t have time for

Smile, move on and take it as a compliment that another trainers main focus is you, not their clients
