So we’ve the results in for the confidence topless test
It’s obvious but unfortunate that most people answered that they would never go topless, over 60%, even if they were on their own.
^ that sucks
Second most popular answer (still a small %) was B – that they would train topless on their own
But here’s where it gets a lil but interesting. The most unpopular answer was C – training topless in front of your same sex
D even had more selection than C
Now ask yourself why
Well see if you break down everything and give a harsh dose of reality then you’ll see that
A equals a person with incredibly low body confidence
B equals a person with low body confidence
C equals a person with high body confidence
D equals a person with high body confidence
There’s really no difference between C and D
There’s a small but significant jump between A and B
But there’s a HUGE jump from B to C/D
Personally I think it is incredibly sad that people are that low on confidence with their own skin
It’s terrible that people walk around having that mindset
You don’t need instagram abs to justify taking your top off
What’s so bad about your tummy that you’ve to hide it?
Like 90% of people show their arms off in the gym
And 99% of women wear leggings and yoga pants – showing every single crevasse, bump and curve along the way
Yet a bit of tummy is destroying people’s confidence
(believe it or not everyones tummy spills over a lil bit when sitting down)
So my advice is to get comfortable in your own skin
Start looking in the mirror in a more positive light and if you’re genuinely unhappy about something than make a realistic plan to solve it
More importantly stop beating yourself up so much – especially if your training
^ you’re working hard, kicking ass and doing something positive
^ and if you’re not hitting the gym then make that a priority goal
Also lucky for you I’m gonna put an action plan in place to solve it your belly fat problems (our VIP group is getting it first)
This should put you on a proper path that you won’t fall off (it’s not paleo so)
