Beach bum time
So the sun is rockin’ out at the moment and my one of my 3 hoodies has been taken off
And I’m slowly realising it’s time to peel the fat off and get ready for the beach
And that’s a lot of hard work (let’s be honest)
Get the belly in order, get your booty poppin’, and not to mention gettin’ those sleek arms and legs in gear
And that’s where the maestro (moi) comes in to help you
See FtiChick and Hulk are in full swing at the moment and there is one BIG focus at the moment

So with all our new groups are starting next week we want some bodies that are under construction at the moment and want a big big change for summer time weather
You’re first part is gonna consist of 4 weeks of immense training with the best of the people, who are like minded like you and WANT the same thing
^ that’s a big thing by the way, if you are surrounded by the right people you’ll achieve it
Along with that you’ll get a specific food plan to get you in the right frame of mind to get (and keep) this shape
This is not a plan where you starve yourself with salads and then blow up once you eat an ice cream at the beach
This is a foolproof plan, tried and tested by 100’s, that will guarantee a rocking shape
