We are so poor!
So after the bank holiday weekend (and race week) we are all pretty much flat broke
Scrimping pennies from the couch trying to get enough together for your next meal
And this is where most people fall of their ‘clean eating’ plan and binge
Coz shit food is cheaper supposedly
^ which I don’t get at all
For contents sake I’ll go with clean eating on a budget (even if I’m an avid if it fits your macro fan)
Last nights dinner was spuds, cauliflower and chicken (with some reggae reggae sauce)
Whole meal cost less than 3 quid!
– 2 chicken breast (5 for €5 in super valu)
– 200 grams of spuds (costs 50cents)
– 200 grams of cauliflower (500grams of frozen cauliflower is a €1)
– the sauce is €2 and I will use it 15 times at least
So eating ‘clean’ is very easy. Actually it’d be even cheaper for the clean eaters coz they’d take away the sauce!
Fruit is cheap as well. You’d get 3 apples or 3 kiwis for less than a dairy milk bar
Proof is that if you bought a bag of porridge, 2 dozen eggs, 10 chicken breast, 1kg of mince, a kilo of spuds, loads of frozen veg varieties and a few apples and kiwis then you’d be spending around €30 for what would last the average person a week
^ you’d spend double that (at least) on a half decent night out
^^ and yes I would eat double that and spend treble that on a night out (yolo)
So that’s easy proof you can get in savage shape on a budget
And yes yes I’m gonna prove it’s even easier on a if it fits your macro budget as well!
It’s what we teach all our clients on all our programmes (which are jamming up at the moment)
Might be an idea to be part of them – just sayin’
